Welcome to LAYDHAIRCO. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
LAYDHAIRCO reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing, actual product color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
All hair products are made from 100% human hair unless otherwise stated.
3. Order Processing
- Processing time is typically 3–10 business days before shipment.
- Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, restocks, or high-volume periods.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
4. Shipping Policy
- Shipping times are separate from processing times.
- Once an order has been shipped, LAYDHAIRCO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- LAYDHAIRCO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
5. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene regulations:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
This policy applies to:
- Bundles
- Wigs
- Frontals
- Closures
- Pre-colored hair
- Sale items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of original packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
7. Wig & Lace Policy
All wigs are inspected before shipment.
Once lace has been:
- Cut
- Bleached
- Tinted
- Customized
- Installed
The item is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for review.
8. Hair Care Responsibility
Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and longevity of human hair.
LAYDHAIRCO is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Excessive heat damage
- Chemical processing
- Improper coloring
- Failure to follow proper hair care practices
Results may vary depending on maintenance and usage.
9. Fraud Prevention
LAYDHAIRCO reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Request additional verification
- Refuse service at our discretion
Any fraudulent chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery may be disputed with supporting documentation, tracking information, and evidence of fulfillment.
10. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify promotions
- Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes
