By accessing or purchasing from LAYDHAIRCO, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Product Information

Product colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.

Orders & Processing

  • Processing time is 3–10 business days before shipment.
  • Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Shipping

  • Shipping times are separate from processing times.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
  • LAYDHAIRCO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered packages, or packages marked as delivered.
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, pre-colored hair, or sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Wig & Lace Policy

All wigs are inspected before shipment. Once lace has been cut, bleached, tinted, customized, or installed, the item is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for review.

Hair Care

LAYDHAIRCO is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing, coloring, or improper maintenance.

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, request additional verification, and dispute fraudulent chargebacks with proof of fulfillment and delivery.
